USAGE

When packing my Kit for a race/training/hiking day a shaker bottle with Tailwind Recovery powder is always at the bottom!!! So it's the first thing I pack and the last thing I need to complete a day on the trails . Perfect protein fix for the drive home ect, until I get to chow down, addicted to vanilla so yum and not sickly !!!!!
