Loves to run: Gold Coast Hinterland but I will explore anywhere with some nice single track and awesome views, really.

Current trail running goal or dream race: Oscar's Hut to Hut in the Victorian High country.

The one piece of trail gear you never leave home without? My phone, a snake bandage and hydration - all for safety.

Most unforgettable trail moment: Running a 25km trail race along the north coast of Tasmania with my son when he was just 10 years old. It was such a fun day out. Amazing ocean views, cool chats and lots of Red Frogs for energy.

Ever had a wildlife encounter on the trails? Snakes... so many snakes. My local trails are also full of wallabies.

Pre-run ritual / post-run reward: Coffee before. And after. Unless its a race thats 50km or longer; then there's nothing like some hot chips.

Loves to run: Mt Nebo is always a favourite; the Accountability Loop (IYKYK).

Favourite type of trail adventure: Racing.

Current trail running goal or dream race? Western States 100-Mile.

Most unforgettable trail moment: Competing for Australia at World Mountain and Trail Running Championships in 2022 and 2023.

Ever had a wildlife encounter on the trails? Lots. But I have only ever run into one Wombat.

Pre-run ritual / post-run reward: Pre: Coffee and Nutella on Toast. Post: Another coffee and a croissant.

Favourite type of trail adventure: Exploring what's out there without having to race.

The one piece of trail gear you never leave home without? Arm sleeves! Wear them to start the run when it's cold, and take them off when you're warmed up, 1.5km into the run!

Most unforgettable trail moment: Running my first ultra ever (Blackall 100) and it started raining at the roughly 30 km mark, and I was going downhill with my best mate on some awesome single track and it was just pure joy.

Pre-run ritual / post-run reward: A nice, cold, post-run coke from the fridge.

Trail running soundtrack? Iron Maiden, Dua Lipa, misc.

Where do you love to run or explore? My local trails are the D'Aguilar national park, but anywhere I travel, I'll head out for a run to explore.

Current trail running goal or dream race: Running the Haute Route next July, 220km and 1300m of climbing, over 7 days from Chamonix to Zermatt.

The one piece of trail gear you never leave home without? My husband. It took me 20 years to get him to join me, and now our life is full of running adventures.

What's your most unforgettable trail moment? So many! But my first Trailiens session was pivotal. Realising I'd found a group of people who felt the same way as I did about not just trails, but life.

Pre-run ritual / post-run reward? For big runs I have mango sticky rice in summer before a run, otherwise toast and honey. After is always poached eggs from our chooks.

Loves to run: Single track anywhere.

Current trail running goal or dream race: To return to Leadville 100 and shoot for the big belt buckle.

The one piece of trail gear you never leave home without? Soft flask, you always need one!

Most unforgettable trail moment: Getting the Cape to Cape FKT with all my mates there.

Loves to run: The trails from Enoggera Res. out to Mount Nebo and Lake Manchester. I also love heading down to Mount Barney and the trails around the scenic rim.

Current trail running goal or dream race: Explore as many new places as I can; run in the Alps and explore more of New Zealand.

The one piece of trail gear you never leave home without? A snake bandage and plenty of snacks out for longer runs.

Most unforgettable trail moment: Watching the sunrise from the top of Ben Lomond in Queenstown.
