Want a more personalised approach to your training? Maybe you have a big goal that you'd like a little extra help reaching? Whatever the reason, runners of all experience levels can benefit from a training program that is tailored to your specific goals, fitness and lifestyle.
Our experienced coaches will work with you to create a fortnightly training schedule that fits into your life, rather than the other way around!
- A training program that is written specifically for your schedule and lifestyle.
- Fortnight catch ups via email or phone with further contact available during the fortnight if required.
- We will get to know you in our initial consultations and fortnightly catch-ups. Programs are designed with your motivation, not just goal, in mind.
- Access to attend any of our group training sessions, while on a program*.
This initial fee will cover:
- A short consultation to map our your running background, current activities, upcoming commitments and goals. This can be done over the phone or in person, as suitable.
- First four weeks of personalised programming. During this time, the program may be delivered weekly as you and your coach get to know each other and your coach finds the 'sweet spot' to challenge and develop you without pushing too hard.
- Free The Trail Co. Running Shirt
Following the initial period of four weeks, personalised programs are $38/week. Your coach will assist you in setting up this ongoing programming.
*If you stop using the personalised coaching service, you are very welcome to continue to attend group sessions by joining The Trail Co. Club or paying casually per session.
