Chimpanzee vegan Protein Shake is enriched with nutrients important for the prop- er functioning of the body. It contains a complex of amino acids (Lys, Thr, Val, Cys), which are not sufficiently represented in plant proteins. The Amino Acid Score (AAS), which determines the nutritional value of a protein, is thus fully comparable with the highest quality animal proteins, such as egg white.
